Stamps In the Mail (SIM)

 

Why You Want to Join Stamps in the Mail from Stamping Art With Heart:

Sign up for 3 months and receive wonderful Stampin’ Up products each month, along with all the pre-cut materials, supplies and instructions to make 4 projects each month.

 

  • I take care of everything. You will have no cardstock to trim and nothing to figure out so you can get to the fun part quickly!
  • Complete the projects when you have time, at your own pace.
  • By the end of 3 months you will not only have new supplies, but you will feel comfortable using them in the future. We don’t want those stamps to get bored in the box!!

How it Works:

You sign up for the length of the program (the first program will be for 3 months: October, November and December, 2007). Each month’s projects will build upon the supplies you’ve received up to that point. Each month, you pay $40 plus a delivery fee of $5* and you get:

  • A box directly from STAMPIN’ UP!® containing $25-$30 of product. This will arrive by UPS.
  • An envelope from me with all the supplies, cut cardstock and complete instructions needed to create 4 projects, plus occasional extra goodies. This will arrive by mail and I will arrive at approximately the same time as the STAMPIN’ UP!® box.

Each month, I will post a supply list on the SIM page of my website. This will tell you what’s coming in the next box. At that time, you may…

-Do nothing and the box will be shipped to you automatically; OR

-Substitute for any items that you may already own as long as you tell me by the deadline date; OR

-Add to your order on any given month. If your order is $35 or more of product, then I will waive the shipping charge for that month; OR

-If your order is $150 or more in product, you will also receive hostess benefits as well as free shipping, plus the regular SIM materials. (You may also choose to combine your club order with friends. As long as the order ships to a single address, you and your friends can receive hostess benefits and free shipping.)

Extra Benefits for SIM Members:

As an SIM member, you will have access to the Stamps in the Mail members-only page on this website, www.stampingartwithheart.com where you can see project pictures and instructions (in addition to the hard copies that you get in the mail) and other tips and updates as they are posted. You will be assigned a password when your agreement is received and it will be active for the 3 months of the program. Non-members will be able to see general information on SIM and pictures of the projects, but they will not have access to the members-only pages.

Dates:

Deadline to sign up for the October- December 2007 round is Monday, September 17, 2007.

First month’s projects posted: Tuesday, September 18

Deadline to request substitutions or additions to your order: Monday, September 24.

Materials arrive at your house: week of October 1.

Rules:

Your membership must be secured with a credit card that I will use each of the three months. You may call me with your credit card number or request that I call you, or you may request a form to mail me with your credit card information.

Any order substitutions or additions you must be communicated to me by the deadline date. If I don’t hear from you by the deadline, the preselected items will be shipped to the address you have on file.

If products ordered reach $35, I will automatically give you free shipping. If products ordered reach $150, I will automatically give you free shipping but you must let me know your choices for hostess benefits by the deadline. How To Sign Up:

Fill out the form here. Once your form is submitted and payment is received, you are all set and you will receive a welcome email from me. All sign ups for the October-December round of Stamps in the Mail must be completed by September 17. You may also sign up for the January-March round by using the same form. (You can sign up for either or both rounds.)

Each month there will be a raffle drawn and two lucky SIM members will receive an extra STAMPIN’ UP!® surprise from me in the following month’s envelope. With each envelope, you will receive one ticket for being part of SIM, and one more for each extra $10 in orders that you may add to your order. (This is an option and not a requirement.) Two winning ticket numbers will be posted on the password-protected section of my site each month along with the next month’s supply list. The more tickets you receive, the better chance you have of winning a prize for next month!
