Name or Word Frames
Here are two beautiful examples of art for your walls. The name frames have become so popular and can be made so unique that the recipient should truly feel special. The word frames provide a welcome or a seasonal decoration that can be switched out with every season. These were created by Jen Giovanella. She is a talented stamper, no doubt, and I am thrilled she is part of my team!

Use Staz-On inks or Stampin' Up! Craft Inks when stamping on Marble Tile and be sure to heat set them. I find that 20 minutes in a 350 oven will do the trick. You can choose to seal them or not. These tiles can be used for coasters or placed in a frame or even mounted as part of a pattern onto a tiled wall! This particular tile was stamped with Artifacts Stamp Set featured on page 155 of the Idea Book & Catalog.

File Folders
Stamping CAN make you more organized!! Aren't these beautiful? Gretchen Knox created these files to help her keep her kitchen counter cleared of the onslaught of paper brought in daily by her children, husband, and mail carrier. She used the Timeworn Collection Paper from page 206 as well as the Hodgepodge Hardware from page 230 in the Idea Book & Catalog. She adhered the paper to the regular file folders bought at an office supply store with Snail Adhesive (p 226) but I've heard that others have been able to use the Liquid Glue or the Anywhere Glue Stick just as well.

Glass Plate
Here's yet another creative and beautiful project from Gretchen Knox. She used the Mulberry Paper on page 204 of the Idea Book & Catalog. Onto that she stamped her favorite seasonal images with Craft Ink to prevent any fading. She heat set them with the heat gun found on page 228. She then inverted her clear (and clean!) glass plate so that the base was up, coated it with a thick coat of Mod Podge, and then carefully pressed her stamped mulberry paper (ink side to mod podge) and smoothed it out. After it dried she trimmed the edges and then edged the decorated plate with the Zig Painty found on page 224 of the Idea Book & Catalog. Such perfect hostess gifts!

Framed Petal Prints
Jen Giovanella brought this to our Holiday Gift Exchange last year and I won it! I just love how simple and elegant this piece is. Jen used the Petal Prints Stamp Set on page 118, the French Script Background Stamp on page 170, and the Wonderful Words II from page 184. I think the background card stock is Confetti White on page 204 and the ink colors are Elegant Eggplant and Always Artichoke on page 203. All of these items can be found in the Idea Book & Catalog.

Altered Wood Frame Petals & Paisely
I altered this wood frame simply by first giving the inside edge a light coat of white acrylic paint, then covered it with the great striped collage piece from the Petals & Paisley Designer Series Double - Sided Paper from page 9 in the Spring Mini. I also attached a bit of Hodgepodge Hardware (p 230) with a word of happiness from the Warm Words Stamp Set (p 177) both from the Idea Book & Catalog.
