Gather your supplies.  I prefer to use Pop-Up Glue Dots to stick to the packaging.  You may find recommendations to use wax paper to stick the glue dots to, but I find that even wax paper doesn't release the Glue Dots easily enough.  I find that an acetate sheet works okay, but the best thing is to use the actual strip that the Glue Dots come packaged on themselves.  You will see how I do that below.

Cut off a small square of the strip that the Pop-Up Glue Dots came packaged in.  Next, take your stapler and staple that small square to any piece of card stock that coordinates well with your Candy.  Here I've used Stampin' Up! Old Olive Card Stock from the Earth Elements Family.

Now carefully place the Pop Up Glue Dot onto the small strip that you have just stapled to the coordinating Card Stock.

Stick your piece of Card Candy, here Booglie Eyes, (can you see that his eyes have been enhanced using Crystal Effects?) right onto the Glue Dot.  When you remove him to use, the Dot will stay attached to the Candy and that is what will adhere it to your card, bag, art of all sorts!

Finish attaching all of your Candy in the same way.  A little placement planning before you begin will help ensure that you've got an attractive layout in the end.
